    I’ve used injectable rHGH fopr both wegiht loss and muscle gain and it is very effective. The oral versions do not work Growth hormone cannot be administered effectively via an oral route. For wegiht loss, for a guy, 4iu every day is perfect (2iu for females). For muscle gain 10-12iu per day is optimal. The main problem is cost It’s very expensive for good stuff (and it’s counterfeited a lot) and needs to be run for quite a long time to get good results from. The only side effects I have noticed are slightly stiff joints after prolonged use. The fluid in your joints gets reduced somewhat. This goes away when you stop taking it, or when you add some Nandrolone Decanoate and Testosterone Enanthate to your cycle (The deca increases joint fluid). [edit] when I say quite a long time 2 to 3 months minimum in my opinion although good effects can be had in a shorter time if stacked with anabolic steroids.
